How do I share a video to Favo?
Open the video in TikTok, Instagram or Pinterest, tap Share and choose Favo from the list of apps. The video is saved right away and Favo starts looking.
I do not see Favo in the share list.
Scroll to the end of the row of apps, tap More and switch Favo on. You only have to do this once.
Do I have to keep the sheet open while Favo is looking?
No. Close it and keep scrolling. You get a notification when your find is ready.
Which apps does Favo work with?
TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest.
Finds
What is a find?
One successful search. A product is one find per item you pick, a recipe is one find, and all places in one video are one find together.
What if Favo finds nothing?
Then it does not count as a find. The video stays saved.
Does Favo always find the exact product?
No. When the exact item cannot be found, Favo shows the closest match and tells you so.
Does saving a video cost a find?
No. Saving is always free. Videos that are only for saving, like a workout or a quote, never cost a find.
Favo+
What do I get for free?
5 finds a week. Everything you already found stays yours.
What does Favo+ cost?
€ 44,99 a year with the first 7 days free, or € 9,99 a month. Favo+ gives you unlimited finds.
How do I cancel Favo+?
Favo+ is an App Store subscription. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Favo.
Account
How do I sign in?
With Apple, with Google, or with a sign-in link sent to your email address.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This removes your account and everything you saved.
